Time is something we all seem to struggle to find enough of. Finding time to workout when you are being pulled in a million different directions is tough. People have all kinds of obligations and whether it is work or kids they all seem to be a bit more important than working out.
I am going to tell you why though "I don't have enough time" is not an excuse to take care of yourself and improve your health.
For this example I am going to show you how setting a side 5 hours a week isn't that much of a commitment of your time. Now in reality not every day has to be an hour workout but I went with an hour because it is how long most group fitness classes take.
There are 168 hours in a week. 5 hours is just 2.9% of your week. If you subtract your work week(40 hours) then it is 3.9% of your week. If we then factor in sleep(I went with 7 hours per night but we know most people don't even get that) then working out for 5 hours is 6.3% of your week.
At its highest spending 5 hours a week improving your health by working out is only 6.3% of your week. That is a such a small amount of your time and that doesn't even factor in that somedays your workout could be less than an hour.
When I hear someone say "I don't have enough time" what I am hearing is "I don't prioritize my health". It may be a tough pill to swallow but we are all busy and yet those who know how important their health is will find time to workout no matter what else they have going on in their life.
